Planning an Event?
The Spring Valley Lake Association has several rooms available for private events. The Community Center offers 2 rooms, Meadowlark Hall and the Palm Room; and the Equestrian Clubhouse located at the Equestrian Estates.
To reserve any of the SVL Facilities, one must be an SVL resident (or tenant with membership privileges).The property owner must be in good standing with his or her account and sign a rental agreement. If one is not a property owner, he or she can always have an SVL property owner sponsor the event.
Reservations can be made through the Association office up to one year in advance prior to the actual event, depending on availability. We do require a minimum of one month’s notice for any facility rental. Rooms can be rented in either 4-hour or 8-hour blocks which include your setup and cleanup. (See the Facility Rental Rate Sheet for set times and fees)
For facility rentals (Community Center and Equestrian Clubhouse), applicants must pay a non-refundable booking fee, as well as have a rental agreement signed by an SVL Property owner to reserve a date. All required documents and payments are due thirty (30) days prior to the actual event.
Beach and Park bookings also require a minimum of one month’s notice. Please note that we do not reserve any of our beach or park areas as it is open to all members. Bookings are for members who have more guests attending than what the Guest Passes allow. Requests can be made for wristbands for everyone in the party that is 3 years old and up. We do not book wristband requests on any SVLA event days.

Community Center
The Community Center is located at 12975 Rolling Ridge Drive. There are two rooms available. Meadowlark Hall (MLH) overlooks Meadowlark Park and can accommodate 230 people. There is also access to a kitchen and patio area. A smaller meeting room in the Community Center is the Palm Room (PR), which can accommodate 40 people.

Equestrian Clubhouse
The Equestrian Clubhouse is located at 12660 Indian River Drive, Apple Valley, within the Equestrian Estates. The Equestrian clubhouse (EQ1) can accommodate 50 people and has access to the kitchen and patio area.

Beach and Parks
Events, gatherings and parties can be held at The Spring Valley Lake Beach/Swim Area, Meadowlark Park, Playfair Park and Long Acres Park. Requests for wristbands must be made in advance for all your guests to attend.
