| | Event Type: | Committee Meeting | | Details: | The Architectural Committee reviews all applications submitted for changes to the exterior of a property. Many of the projects include:
- landscaping detail,
- concrete work,
- room additions,
- vessel lifts,
- pools,
- new constructions,
- exterior painting,
- etc.
The Committee is in place to ensure that the project submitted is in compliance with the architectural guidelines and is aesthetically pleasing to the Community.
The Committee meets in the Parkview Room of the Community Center.
