General Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month in the Community Center on Rolling Ridge. They start at 6pm with an optional pot-luck. The Equestrian Estates Committee’s function is to discuss ways to beautify, maintain and safeguard the Equestrian Estates side of Spring Valley Lake. Volunteers on the committee also make recommendations on improving the EQ Clubhouse, stalls, arenas and horse trails. The Architectural Committee reviews all applications submitted for changes to the exterior of a property.
