Boarding Requirements
- Must be an SVL Property Owner or Tenant Member in good standing
- Horse must be owned by Property Owner or Tenant Member
- Must Fill out an Equestrian Boarding Agreement and submit a current shot record

Immunizations Required:
- Eastern Equine Encephalitis
- Western Equine Encephalitis
- Tetanus
- Rhinopneumonitis
- Influenza
- Distemper– Strangles
- Potomac Horse Fever (optional, only needed if vet recommends)
- West Nile

What you get when Boarding your Horse:
- Water
- Feed: Horses are fed 3x a day
- Choice of Short Stem Bermuda Grass or Alfalfa
- Mucking of stall

Located at the Equestrian Center:
- Hot Walker
- Main arena
- 3 Tack Rooms
- Horse wash area
- Additional Arena/ turnout
- 1 large round pen
- 1 small round pen
Pricing:
- Daily Rate: $30.00 a day
- Monthly Rate: $320.00 Per month
* Payments are due on the 1st of every month;
a 10% late fee will be assessed after the 5th of the month.
