$12,850.00, charged to account #5699.
EQ Bridges
SVLA is currently reviewing a proposed project to improve drainage by filling certain drainage channels with soil, installing drainage pipes, and removing (or repairing) existing bridges.
Right now, our focus is on the first phase: confirming what approvals and permits San Bernardino County will require before any work can begin. This includes:
- Checking with Land Use Services (Planning) to confirm whether a planning review or revision to a prior approval is needed
- If the project can move forward, preparing for required engineering and permits such as:
- Grading permit (civil engineer plans; possible soils/geotech report)
- Drainage study (civil engineer)
- Demolition permit if bridges are removed
- Flood Control encroachment permit if any work impacts Flood Control right-of-way
- Building permit if bridges are repaired instead of removed
No construction has started—SVLA is currently in the due diligence and permitting phase to ensure the project is compliant and properly approved before scheduling any work.
