Code Enforcement’s purpose is to maintain compliance of the rules and regulations of the Association and all its members. The main focus and goal of Spring Valley Lake’s Code Enforcement team is to gain compliance from all Homeowner’s.
Living in a Homeowner’s Association it is important that Homeowner’s learn the rules and regulations of the Association in order to avoid any additional fees/citations.

Public Safety Department
The Public Safety department is located in the Community Center at 12975 Rolling Ridge Dr. The building is open to visitors every day from 6am-10pm. Public Safety is available to call 24 hours a day.
Public Safety’s number one concern is the protection of your Association amenities.
We provide the following enforcement and response: Medical assistance response; requested residential & extra patrol checks; membership verification; barking/loose dog compliance; loud noise compliance; lake patrol; water rescue; lost & found property and animals; garage/yard sale regulation; vessel inspections; issuance vessel operator permits; and much more.
