What is the purpose of Code Enforcement?
Code Enforcement’s purpose is to maintain compliance of the rules and regulations of the Association and all its members. The main focus and goal of Spring Valley Lake’s Code Enforcement team is to gain compliance from all homeowner’s on the Policy and Procedures, Architectural Guidelines, Rules and Regulations, CC&R, and Bi-laws.
Living in a Homeowner’s Association it is important that Homeowner’s learn the rules and regulations of the Association in order to avoid any additional fees/citations.
Refer to the Architecture Policies & Procedures Manual to learn what the guidelines are for the maintenance of your property. The Architectural Guidelines are the primary document we use, with it being supplemented with the policies and procdures when needed.
What does Code Enforcement Do?

- Keep an accurate record of all documents issued and all contact with property owners.
- Provide Customer Service to homeowners. There are special occasions in which we will possibly speak to the Property Manager with a management agreement on file.
