Architecture

The Architectural Department assists homeowner’s with projects to be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee, and ensures compliance within the architectural guidelines.

All exterior modifications require approval from the Architectural Committee before any work can be started.

Architectural meetings are every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. The cutoff date to turn in Project Applications is 10 days prior to the meeting dates.
